Race Run – Skookum, for GS and Super-G accessed by Liberator Express
(Super G), and Chair #3 (GS). Slalom is on Chak Chak and is accessed by chair 4.
Class: J3 and older
Registration: 7:00 am to 8:00 am each morning prior to the race. Upper level Hampton Lodge.
Team Captains Meeting: Thursday April 2, Place TBD, 7PM. Coach tickets will be handed out at this meeting. They will be 3 day passes. Additional coaches meetings as needed throughout the event.
Bibs: Issued at team captains meeting Friday. Turned in at finish after each race. Redistributed each morning at registration.
Pre-race Registration: You can enter on line by going to www.MRST.us, click on "races" at the top of the page, then Northwest Cup Finals. This will take you directly to the on line registration for the event. Or you can do the traditional mail in entry using a USSA entry card.
Entry Deadline: Mon. March 30 (entries received, not postmarked). $10 per day late fee for entries received after that date. Absolutely NO phone entries accepted. NO Day of Race Entries Accepted.
Entry Fee: $35 for 1 day, $70 for 2 days, $105 for 3 days. If entering by mail, make payment to MRSEF and include with USSA entry card. Entries received without payment will be considered late entries. Mail entries to:

Lifts: $32 for competitors, purchased at Mission Ridge Ticket Kiosk.
Checks, cash, or credit card accepted. Do not send money for lifts with registration. You will be able to purchase a 3-day pass on Fri. if competing each day. After that only 1 day passes will be available. Elite Pass tickets will be available at Mission Ridge Ticket Kiosk. Mission Ridge ticket office opens at 7:30am for racers and 8am for parents. Parents can purchase tickets on line – www.missionridge.com.
(Pass holders from a participating PNSAA ski area will receive a discount on the purchase of tickets by showing their home area season pass. These cannot be purchased on line, only in person the day of use)
Awards: Presented 30 minutes after race each day at the race finish area.
Gear Bags: The Mission Ridge Lodge is relatively small. A Bag check ($2 all day, in and out) will be available by the ski check. Tickets can be purchased for bag check when you purchase your lift ticket at registration. We encourage everyone to use this service. Bags left under tables or anywhere on the floor of the lodge will be moved to lost and found. Please help us keep our lodge easy to navigate for all users.
Volunteers: Anyone wishing to volunteer please check in with registration for job availability. Volunteers receive a lift ticket for the day worked, plus an additional ticket good any day of the 2008-09 season. Lunch and beverages come with the job.

HELMETS ARE REQUIRED
Please make parents and spectators aware that access to the finish arena requires the use of a lift. Mission Ridge does not allow foot traffic on its runs or lifts nor do we provide any form of transportation to the race arena. A Chair #1 only ticket is $30. Spectators may walk to the finish area on the summer road behind the lodge.
