This application can be used to register racers ages 13 and older on 12/31/08 to participate in the MHA HS Development Team. There is a $5 service fee for all online registrations to help cover the costs of online payment. If you prefer to register and pay by mail use this form.

Due to limitations of our system each racer must have a unique email address. If your racer does not have their own email address please enter firstnamelastname@mhsef.org e.g. joesmith@mhsef.org when prompted to enter an email address. Official team emails will go to the parent email address.

Your registration is not complete until you submit a Medical Release. Mail the form to:
