Team Captains Meeting – December 18, 7pm Red Lion Inn, Wenatchee
$38 per race payable to Mission Ridge Ski Team
Entry Deadline: December 12, 2011. Payments for entries must be paid in full before the first team captains meeting. Send official FIS format entry with coaches list to Sue Johnson at sue@mrst.us. Club checks or credit cards only please. Credit card payments will be assessed an additional 4% fee.
Registration: Sunday, December 18, 2011 5pm – 6:30pm at the Red Lion Inn. Team Captains should pick up credentials and lift tickets for their clubs at this time. Entry fees can be paid at this time also.
Lift Tickets: $36.00 per day, purchase at Mission Ridge registration. Checks, cash, or credit card accepted. Do not send lift ticket money with registration. Elite Pass tickets will be available at Mission Ridge ticket kiosk. The ticket kiosk opens at 7:30 am for racers and 8 am for parents.
Lodging: Red Lion Hotel in Wenatchee. A block of rooms has been arranged for $82.95 per night with up to 4 people per room at no additional cost. All team captains meetings will be at the Red Lion. The Red Lion will make tuning space available. Please call 509-‐663-‐0711 (at least two weeks prior to race)and ask to book rooms for the Northwest Cup #1
